About The Author
Colleen is a Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Professional Life Coach, and Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mental Emotional Release Therapy (MER®). She holds advanced training in Hawaiian Huna and studied extensively at Kona University. In 2008, she founded HeadsUp Guidance and Wellness Centers in partnership with the City of Las Vegas Housing Authority. Since then, the center has served tens of thousands of clients from underserved communities, helping individuals and families achieve lasting emotional wellness.
Colleen is especially passionate about mind and emotional management, creating safe, transformative spaces as a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist and healing arts practitioner. Her work has been recognized in national forums, including a study presented at the 24th American Psychiatric and Mental Health Congress.
Colleen was Co-Publisher and Columnist for H.B.C Publications, one of Nevada's largest community newspapers.
A proud mother of six sons and grandmother of nine and daughter of Governor Mike and First Lady Carolyn O'Callaghan, Colleen draws inspiration from her family’s legacy, continuing their vision to enhance the mental health and wellness of Nevada citizens. The O'Callaghans have always been dedicated to serving others, particularly those living on the margins of society. Colleen enjoys travel, nature, horses, skiing, and cooking.
